樣品中的有機(jī)物在紫外線及二氧化鈦廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳,采用電導(dǎo)率檢測(cè)技術(shù)測(cè)定二氧化碳,通過電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測(cè)經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測(cè)未經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化的樣品總無機(jī)碳之差,獲得樣品中總有機(jī)碳含量(TOC=TC-TIC)。
應(yīng)用范圍
1. 該儀器可用于檢測(cè)制藥工業(yè)中純化水、注射用水和去離子水中有機(jī)碳的濃度;也可用于半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)中超純水TOC的檢測(cè)。

工作原理
本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理,將樣品中的有機(jī)物氧化為二氧化碳,二氧化碳的測(cè)試采用的是直接電導(dǎo)率法,通過測(cè)試經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的樣品的總碳含量和未經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的樣品總無機(jī)碳的含量差值來測(cè)定總有機(jī)碳含量,即:總有機(jī)碳(TOC)=總碳(TC)-總無機(jī)碳(TIC)。

Working principle
